UCMAS India Founding day greetings to all
In the last 12 Years we had grown significantly, and for all the achievements, our entire UCMAS family members.
Network of 2600 Franchise Centers in India is definitely a big task accomplished. 6000 Course Instructors trained and employed in Centers is also a great mission accomplished. Close to 10 lakhs students enrolled in last 12 years is no small task.
We need to also think about the growth achieved by UCMAS worldwide, which has been the after-effect of Successful-Indian operations and the growth.
We need to congratulate ourselves
But then, we have to now look at the future with a changed vision, since the market scenario has now changed.
Franchisees should realize that they have to grow in size , The growth should now be seen outside the Center, at schools, keeping Franchise Centers as fulcrum.
Franchisees should act more dynamically in running the Centers more efficiently and at the same time managing the quality of delivery in the school Centers.
The future therefore for UCMAS is in expanding the brand share in the school Centers which becomes inevitable for our mission is to continue to be the leader in the market for UCMAS Abacus Mental Arithmetic.
I thank all the members of UCMAS and request them to rededicate to work with the vision that needs renewed focus.
Let us all work with this objective in mind.
